Small adult female Maltese found trotting around the streets of the big city (I assume she was trotting as it's what she does). This delightful girl found herself at the city shelter, and due to overcrowding, made it quickly out and into her foster home. Izzy weighs 9 lbs and is estimated to be 7-9 years old. She's incredibly cute, cheerful, and easy going as you will see in her video which were taken late summer 2012. Izzy likes going to the bathroom on cloth pads near the door, but loves her walks during fine weather. We have kept Izzy with us this long without posting her because she came into rescue unspayed and with mammary tumors. We wanted to wait to see if any were going to grow back before placing her. Julia's adoptions require a home visit, vet reference, the perfect match between two and four leggeds, and a $250 adoption fee for dogs which helps offset the cost of caring for her many fosters.
